Vital Bridges Holiday Brunch @ The Four Seasons Hotel :: December 15, 2013
Vital Bridges Center on Chronic Care held its annual holiday brunch entitled ’Celebrate the Spirit’. The day commemorated the 25th anniversary of the organization that raises funds for the Chicago area impacted by HIV and AIDS.
