The LGBT Pride Parade and Festival is held every year in June during International Gay Pride Month. This year’s parade and festival took place Sunday, June 11, 2006 - and our paparazzi were there!

New York Pride :: 2006 Pride March
Under the theme "The Fight for Love and Life," the 37th Annual Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender New York Pride March stepped off under overcast skies at 52nd and Fifth. Grand Marshals Christine Quinn and Florent Morellet led the parade down the Lavender Line past hundreds of thousands of spectators. EDGE brings you the parade on film!

Overcast skies and drizzling couldn’t stop New York’s women from feeling proud at the second annual Rapture dance on Pier 54. DJs Twisted Dee and Branda Black kept the music playing. Here are the pics!
