Shortly after Lady Gaga unexpectedly dropped "Applause," which serves as the lead single off her highly anticipated third LP "ARTPOP," the pop diva released a 47-second YouTube clip called, "Lady Gaga is Over: A Film By Haus of Gaga."

In the clip, Gaga is wearing a mask and has what appear to be nodes attached to the side of her head. As the video begins, boos can be heard and subtitles appear, which read, "Lady Gaga is no longer relevant. Ever since 'Born This Way,' She's a flop. DO NOT buy her new single 'Applause' on iTunes. Give her no A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E. DON'T dance to the song at all. DO NOT buy 'ARTPOP' on Nov. 11. She's over."

On Monday, Mother Monster released "Applause," which was originally set to come out on Aug. 19. But after "hackers" leaked a couple of snippets of the track on to the web, the singer had a Twitter melt down and ranted against those who leaked the song, blog criticism, fan wars and declared a "pop emergency."

"A POP MUSIC EMERGENCY IS UNDERWAY 911" and "911 SUMMON THE MONSTER TROUPES," she tweeted.

"DUE TO HACKERS AN ABUNDANCE OF LOW/HIGH QUALITY LEAKS...WE ISSUE THIS POP MUSIC EMERGENCY...MONSTERS SPREAD THE WORD," she wrote, adding, "MY NEW SINGLE 'APPLAUSE' IS OUT TODAY AND CAN BE HEARD ON UNITED STATES RADIO IN 15 MINUTES. INTERNATIONAL RADIO TO FOLLOW."

It's not clear if the clip is a promo for the music video for "Applause." "ARTPOP" comes out on Nov. 11 and is currently available for pre-order via iTunes. "Applause" is also available for purchase on iTunes and is currently the second most popular song. Katy Perry's new single "Roar" currently holds the No. 1 spot.
