PopUps: Justin Bieber Again Teases New Music
It looks like fans of Justin Bieber won't have to wait too much longer for new music.
Though the "Sorry" singer has appeared on a handful of tracks since his last album "Purpose," which was released in 2015, it sounds like Bieber is readying a return.
He took to social media Friday to announce that something is coming soon.
"December 24, December 31, January 3..." the cryptic Instagram post reads. Billboard notes that Bieber is "possibly hinting that new music could drop the evening of Jan. 3 or at midnight the following day."
He also shared a graphic that says "tomorrow" twice to his Instagram account along with a new photo of himself.
Earlier this month, Bieber shared a similar image to Instagram with just the text "2020." The singer also hinted at new music in November when he posted that if his Instagram post got 20 million likes, he'll release a new album before 2019 ends. That didn't happen and he has since deleted the post. It was also reported at the time that he was spotted going into the dance studio, prepping for a new 2020 tour.
Nevertheless, the "Sorry" singer said earlier this year he's taking a step back from music after he married Hailey Baldwin.
