Entertainment Weekly reports that in addition to renewing "RuPaul's Drag Race" for a 13th season, VH1 has also ordered a 6th season of series spinoff "All-Stars" and behind-the-scenes series, "Untucked." In a statement, RuPaul said:

"Drag queens have been on the frontlines of many challenging times in our history... 'RuPaul's Drag Race 13,' 'All-Stars 6,' and new seasons of 'Untucked' will offer more opportunities for our queens to rise to the occasion and spread the love."

This comes on the back of a great year for the show, which garnered ten Emmy nominations and an additional three for "Untucked." It also marked the fifth consecutive time a Black queen has been crowned. And, as Entertainment Weekly reports, the series was met with improved ratings, especially for "All-Stars," which went "up 9 percent from its previous season as the No. 1 series in its time slot among the 18-34 age group."

Other shows in the RuPaul franchise will air soon — "RuPaul's Drag Race: Vegas Revue" will air this Friday, "Canada's Drag Race" will complete its first season on September 3, and on September 18 the Netherlands will be indoctrinated with "Drag Race Holland."
