PopUps: Justin Bieber Adds to Tattoo Collection with New Ink
Justin Bieber is getting another tattoo, adding to his already massive collection of ink.
The pop star took to Instagram to share his new neck tattoo — a long stem rose — and shout out celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo.
"The flower tattoo is on the opposite side of his neck as the 'Intentions' singer's 'Forever' tattoo, which he got last December seemingly in honor of wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber," People magazine writes of Bieber, who already has over 60 tattoos.
The "Sorry" singer also shared a video of himself getting the new ink and later shared another selfie showing off his new rose.
