Watch: Kacey Musgraves Serenades Gay Bar Crowd
Country star Kacey Musgraves took the mic and serenaded the crowd at Philadelphia gay bar Tavern on Camac on Jan. 24 with a Fleetwood Mac cover that was caught on video, Rolling Stone reported.
"Standing in the corner of" the bar "and flanked by a grand piano, Musgraves makes her way through a verse and chorus of Fleetwood Mac's 'Dreams,'" Rolling Stone said.
"Just out of frame, another singer chimes in with harmonies, and the crowd cheers its approval while trying to capture the moment on their smartphones."
One such video clip was shared to Instagram, with the post explaining that Musgraves was "In town prior to performing at the Wells Fargo center on Wednesday," Jan. 26.
Musgraves is on tour currently to promote her album "star-crossed," which, a recent EDGE review extolled, is "a deeply personal album inspired by her recent breakup and divorce" from fellow musician Ruston Kelly.
"Musgraves' 15-track LP traces the ups and (mostly) the downs of her relationship with her ex," the EDGE review adds.
