Openly gay talk show host and reality TV producer Andy Cohen was quizzed about his sexual practices and unhesitatingly stated, "I'm a top," according to Page Six.

Cohen was quizzed on his sex life by fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi on the July 31 episodes of Mizrahi's podcast, "Hello Isaac." Mizrahi, saying he was asking "for a friend," posed the question bluntly: "Are you a top or a bottom?"

Cohen, without missing a beat, cheerfully replied, "I'm a top."

Mizrahi, who was in the midst of reiterating that the query was "not for me," looked astonished and pivoted to the exclamation, "You're a top!"

"Wow, that was really an easy answer for you," Mizrahi went on to add.

"Well, because I — the answer was readily available," Cohen said. "I wish that I could," he went on to add, evidently referring to bottoming; "I need to loosen up, as they say."

Mizrahi jumped in with, "I think we're taking lessons from the younger generation and they're all fluid or non binary or something like that," before going on to ask another probing question: "What if you were able to be whatever the hell you wanted to be? Would you be more fluid? Would you be heterosexual?"

"Yes, oh for sure," Cohen responded. "I think I would be more of a bottom!"

"But would I be heterosexual?" Cohen mused. "Well, like, listen, I think if I could have ticked a box when I was 10 or 13, or 15 or 18 and chosen 'do you want to be hetero or homo?' I would have definitely chosen hetero, like without question, really yes, because it would have been so much easier."

The exchange arrived after Mizrahi gushed about Cohen's looks, saying, "You look cuter and cuter Andy. I don't know how the fuck that happens. It's really annoying because you've always been very very handsome." A little later, Mizrahi recalled Cohen being sexy as a younger man, saying, "You were extremely hunky with long curly hair."

Listen to the episode below. Mizrahi's question comes at the 5:24 mark.
