Watch: Tom Daley Goes Back to Training in Intense New Video
Tom Daley is back at the pool!
The out British Olympic diver shared a nearly 10-minute video of himself called "Papa Goes Back to Training," where he's seen getting back into the swing of things with his intense workouts.
"My first week back after any amount of time off is hard!," Daley wrote for the clip's description. "But I went back after the birth of our son and WOW what a different perspective I have! I hope you enjoy this little insight."
Daley, 24, and his husband, Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, 44, announced the birth of their first son Robert Ray Black-Daley in June.
"Today is my first day back at training since becoming a dad...this week's going to hurt," the athlete says in the clip.
