Discovering the Brilliance Behind Harmony CBD's Skincare Products
With so much talk about using CBD for wellness, you might think its best use is for physical health such as aches and pains, insomnia and anxiety. But Harmony CBD has fully embraced the natural compound cannabinol (aka CBD) for its skincare benefits, too.

Manhattan-based Cosmetic Dermatologist Michele S. Green, M.D, says she's seen CBD gain traction as a skincare ingredient in the years since its 2018 legalization. Her patients have used CBD oil to "compliment" over-the-counter treatments, and it can be helpful for acne, rosacea, and other issues related to inflammation. (Though she's careful to note that CBD will not offer the same benefits as prescription counterparts.)
"If you have sensitive skin and are acne-prone, CBD oil can offer some improvement," says Green. "It is less irritating to the skin and can minimize acne breakout without side effects such as dryness, redness and irritation. CBD oil is known to be soothing to the skin, reducing redness and inflammation. It is safe to use on sensitive skin due to its antioxidant properties. It also protects the skin from free-radical damage."

Retinol protects against aging and can be found in many anti-aging creams."
