Felipe Scalisa Oliveira isn't your ordinary thirst trap. Sure, on the surface he's got a great body and is extremely handsome, but he's also got something else: Intelligence. Not to say that thirst trap creators aren't smart, but we rarely come across one who is a doctor and an author.
Felipe didn't just write any book. His was about the alleged brutal hazings that went on at the University of São Paulo when he was there in 2015. Apparently, the abuse was so bad Parliament had to step in and do an investigation.
