Adult entertainers can get away with explicit content on the site formerly known as Twitter, but Instagram remains conservative in its policy guidelines. But that doesn't mean it's not a fun place to follow adult movie stars. In fact, it's perfect for those who want to discreetly scroll through posts in public without prying eyes and getting a glimpse of your interest in uncensored flesh.

Also, Instagram allows you to see your favorite adult content creators outside of their onscreen personas doing things like traveling, playing with their pets, or just relaxing with friends and family. That's not to say the platform doesn't tantalize its subscribers. There are plenty of shirtless selfies and visual innuendoes to tease scrollers who aren't in incognito mode.

Below are 10 adult content creators to subscribe to on Instagram who have more explicit content elsewhere but keep it PG-13 for those who are curious in the meantime.

Cade Maddox

This beefy creator won GayVN's Performer of the Year in 2020. The star who originally hails from South Mississippi said he didn't have a great coming out experience because of where he lived.

But now he's a major creator who has over 270K followers on Instagram.
Whether he's promoting his latest film or just showing off a pair of underwear, this sexy star is worth following if only to garner some encouragement from his incredible smile.

Derek Kage

Derek Kage is relatively new to the adult entertainment business. Just two years ago he was in a bad personal space but turned that around to become an award-winning star who calls himself "that deep-voiced Southern gentleman..."

He's got that bad-boy appeal in the same way as James McAvoy or Bill Skarsgard.

His Instagram feed is loaded with pictures of his fine physique, but it's his crooked smile and penchant for honesty that might make you swoon.

"The time I lived in Utah was one of the most pivotal in my life. Tragedy and upheaval turned into growth and authenticity," he says.

Rhyheim Shabazz

There are softer sides to adult entertainers. In fact, a lot of them are more reserved than you might think. Their sexy onscreen alter-egos are just conduits that allow them to express what they can't in real life.

Rhyheim Shabazz's Instagram shows a lot of flesh, but that is juxtaposed with cute snaps of him and his pets. In a GayVN interview in 2020, Rhyheim said he is "a very boring person ... my day is usually with my dogs and on Twitter. Two huskies and one Labrador."

If you follow Shabazz on Instagram, you get a scrapbook account of what makes him famous and what makes him human.

Malik Delgaty

Former judo athlete turned gay adult star Malik Delgaty is a French Canadian who constantly updates his Instagram page with scintillating thirst traps and behind-the-scenes photos. The 24-year-old has amassed 181K followers on the site since he joined it two years ago.

"I became a stripper when I was 18 years old," he says. "During COVID, [my agent] arrived with a good amount [for porn]. I said yes and this is the best choice I've ever made."

Drake Von

Up-and-comer Drake Von has become the poster boy for successful social media adult stars. He uses all of his platforms to his advantage and that has worked well enough to get him listed a few times on GayVN's fan-voted "best of" list.

The 21-year-old who hails from Las Vegas is a force to be reckoned with. He identifies as bisexual, but his Instagram feed is male-focused. He likes to post risqué, humorous vignettes that feature other young models he does collaborations with.

His charm is that he doesn't appear too aggressive. He retains a bit of his boyish allure which may have been why he was voted as "favorite twink" at the 2024 GayVN Awards.

Elijah Zayne

Elijah Zayne must give Instagram watchdogs a run for their money. His pictures push the limits of the platform's content guidelines. He has a famous partner who also appears on this list, Rhyheim Shabazz.

The two have appeared in interviews together where they discuss what it's like to be in a relationship when both people are adult content creators.

Cole Connor

This grey fox is definitely an inspiration for men over 40. It used to be adult stars had an expiration date on their careers, but these days age doesn't matter. He said in a 2022 interview (link is NSFW) he dealt with some internalized homophobia.

"I struggled with coming out. Not that anyone was particularly surprised whenever I told them I was gay, but I had a hard time accepting it for myself and it not being something I could 'fix' or a personal obstacle I could overcome. I think a lot of gay people have felt that way, or at least more commonly with people my age and older."

Timothy Champagne

This 6'5" adult star towers over the rest of us. He also looks like he just stepped out of a '70s movie with his curly-haired mullet, mustache, signature aviator glasses, and trucker cap.

Interestingly, even though he does content with men, he says he hasn't ever seen himself dating a guy. In fact, he has a girlfriend and says he doesn't like labels.

"That doesn't mean I don't like being physical with guys. I love it," he said in one of his posts. "It's fun you know. That's why I choose to do it for a living."

It's this type of honesty that makes him so endearing. He constantly answers personal questions on his feed and it never feels phony.

Dom King

Even though he hasn't been in the adult industry that long, King has been keeping busy. He constantly updates his Instagram page with his latest projects and social outings.

With the holidays coming, he probably won't slow down, except to watch his favorite movie, "The Nightmare Before Christmas."

"It's a musical," he said in an interview last June. "You get two holidays in one. It's beautifully directed [and] written. You can't go wrong."

Jake Preston

Jake Preston doesn't have many Instagram posts, but he's listed here because he's been tagged by so many people on the platform. To see those posts, just click on the "tagged" square quote bubble tab with the head and shoulders in it.

At 22, Preston is just beginning what seems like a promising career. He explained how anyone interested in the same path can become successful.

"I would say build your platform on Twitter (X) for sure. DM the studios. Make sure you have a portfolio. If you're going to start this, think of what your brand is going to be. That's where you start."
