Now in its 17th year, the North Halsted Street Halloween Parade, entitled Twisted Circus, took place in the Boystown area in Chicago. Prizes were awarded for Best Pet Costume, Best Drag, Scariest Adult, Most Original Adult and Best Group or Couple.
