The Philadelphia PHS Flower Show celebrated Holland's majestic landscapes & flowers, along with the introduction of a new Tulip called the Philly Belle. Special dignitaries included Governor Tom Wolfe, Senator Robert Casey and President of PHS Matt Rader.
