Gays Not for Trump: Tiffany Gets Slammed by Pittsburgh Queers

Monday November 2, 2020

Tiffany Trump appearances at rallies for her father aimed at LBGTQ voters aren't going quite as expected. She may have self-sabotaged the inaugural event last month in Florida where she appeared to be intoxicated and gave a rambling recommendation for her father's candidacy. "A clip emerged of Tiffany Trump taking the stage and slurring, 'I know my father believes in, prior to politics, he supported gays and lesbians, the LGBQIA PLUS!!!'" reported The Hill.

Yesterday a Pittsburgh event was disrupted by anti-Trump demonstrators while she spoke, Queerty reports.

At the event she was joined by Richard Grenell (Trump's LGBTQ surrogate and former Ambassador to Germany). It took place at Domenico's restaurant in Pittsburgh in a crowded room where there was little thought of social distancing, though most in the room appear to wear masks. She was warmly greeted when she entered, as seen in this tweet.

But things went south when Tiffany was interrupted by a demonstrator who wanted to address the President's promise to decriminalize homosexuality throughout the world, the initiative that Grenell introduced in February 2019 that last month was labeled all "smoke and mirrors."

His comments were quickly drowned out by Trump supporters shouting "four more years" as he was escorted out of the room. Other anti-Trumpers joined in, one by silently giving the finger with his arms raised as he stood in the back; and by a pair of women who repeatedly shouted: "Just because you suck cock, doesn't mean you're not a bigot" before being evicted.

Earlier in the day Grenell posted a tweet in which he wrote: "Support for @realDonaldTrump from the gay community is unprecedented for any Republican in history. We will see huge numbers - more than 33% support. The gay left is in total panic."

He offered no proof for his claim. His credibility was questioned in August when he claimed in a now deleted, Log Cabin Republican video that "President Trump is the most pro-gay president in American history. I can prove it." Grenell was given Four Pinocchios by the Washington Post for his claim in a story that scathingly headlined: "The absurd claim that Trump is the 'most pro-gay president in American history.'"

The gay Trump train heads to Philadelphia tonight for the final rally of the campaign.
