#RefugeePride Virtual Event for LGBTIQ Refugees

ORAM - The Organization for Refuge, Asylum and Migration - and Alight present a #RefugeePride virtual fundraiser event in commemoration of Pride Month and World Refugee Day.

#RefugeePride will elevate the voices of members of the LGBTIQ refugee community, from Tijuana to Kenya, and stand in solidarity with marginalized communities everywhere.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 17th - 6 pm-7 pm PST // 7 pm-8 pm CDT// 8 pm-9 pm EST

WHERE: #RefugeePride will be streamed Live via ORAM's Facebook page.

FEATURING: Performers and speakers, including LGBTIQ refugees themselves, as well as ORAM, its partners, and special guests, including that Minnesota maven of style Miss Richfield 1981, red carpet guru Steven Cojocaru and the amazing musical duo Amy Armstrong + Fernando Gonzalez.

MORE DETAILS: Attendance is free and open to all, but guests are asked to consider purchasing a ticket or making a direct donation to support ORAM's continuing work.
