Actress Ellen Page has been out for just a month and is apparently already receiving anti-gay messages.

As the Huffington Post reports, Page took to Twitter this weekend to shut down an anti-gay pastor who allegedly sent her a private message, who took issue with her sexuality.

Though Page didn't post the alleged anti-gay message, the "Juno" star tweeted out a response to the pastor to her nearly 900,000 Twitter followers.

"2 da Pastor who wrote me-Being gay isn't a belief. My soul isnt struggling& I don't want arms of Heavenly Father around me.A girls arms? Yes," she wrote on March 22.

Page, 26, came out last month during a moving speech at The Human Rights Campaign's Time to Thrive conference.

"I'm here today because I am gay," she said. "I'm standing here today, with all of you, on the other side of all that pain."

She said she suffered for years because she couldn't come out.
