While you were gouging yourself over the holidays, One Direction singer Liam Payne was most likely busy getting ripped. Now he's showing off his impressive six-pack with a revealing Instagram selfie.
Getting a jump start on his 2016 New Year's resolution, the 22-year-old pop British pop star posted the pic, which earned more than 100,000 likes in a matter of minutes, the Daily Mail reports.
As it stands, the selfie currently has over 600,000 likes.
Back in July, Payne commented on his weight and working out telling Cosmopolitan he feels "pressure" to keep fit.
"I was drinking for a while and it made me put on a lot of weight, which I'm trying to lose now," he said. "I got this fat jibe thrown at me out of nowhere, but I've never been fat! Everyone was saying I was because I was drinking. There was this one stage where I was quite muscly, but then when you're not muscly because you've raised the bar so high, you're fat. I was like 'how do I win?', so I've had to get back into the gym."
Payne isn't the only 1Der to undergo a sexy transformation. Former One Direction member Zayn Malik recently set social media on fire with his scruffy new beard and a haircut.
