Tom Daley gave his Instagram followers heart palpitations when he posted a revealing selfie, showing off his incredible beach body.

The Olympic diver took to Instagram Thursday, posting a pic of himself in a very minimal Speedo while sipping on a straw that's inside a coconut.

"Spending the last day in Rio before we fly home on #copacabana with some coconut water. What a perfect day off!" Daley wrote in the photo's caption.

The pic has more than 55,100 likes.
