Last month, it was rumored that Britney Spears was dating Sam Asghari, the fitness model who appeared in her super-sensual music video for "Slumber Party," after he posted, then deleted, an Instagram shot of them having dinner.

TMZ is now reporting the two are in fact dating.

Brit and Asghari were seen having dinner in Las Angeles Saturday, with TMZ writing, "her laugh and smile say it all - she's having a good time with this one."

TMZ reports its Britney sources confirm that the two are seriously dating - he even held the door open for her!!
