PopUps: P!nk and Ciara Deny Shading Christina Aguilera's AMA Performance
At the American Music Awards Sunday night, Christina Aguilera performed a medley of Whitney Houston songs to honor the late music icon. During her performance, the camera cut to singers P!nk and Ciara who appeared to be not digging Xtina.
Many Twitter users took their facial expressions as shade.
But apparently that's not the case. Both P!nk and Cici took to Twitter to shut down the haters and applaud Aguilera's performance.
"Christina fucking killed it tonight for one of our favorite singers ever," the "Beautiful Trauma" singer said in part. "This about Whitney, and I am in awe of Christina's talent."
Ci added of Aguilera: "She's one of the best singers of our time."
