James McAvoy is looking buffer than ever, putting on weight for his upcoming movie "Glass," the sequel to this year's hit "Split," and the Internet took notice.

Paparazzi photos of the "X-Men" star began circulating social media this week, and Twitter users couldn't contain their excitement over the 38-year-old Scottish actor's new bod.

The photos were taken Friday when McAvoy was in Pennsylvania while shooting "Glass," where he will reprise his "Split" role, Kevin Wendell Crumb, The Daily Mail reports. The film, directed by M. Night Shyamalan, also stars Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, Sarah Paulson and Anya Taylor-Joy, who also starred in "Split."
