PopUps: Ariana Grande Teases New Music on Twitter

Wednesday April 18, 2018

New music from pop star Ariana Grande is right around the corner.

The 24-year-old singer has been off Twitter for nearly five months but returned to the social media platform Tuesday to tease new music. One tweet from Grande was a single teardrop emoji, which both her mother and brother Frankie Grande also tweeted. Her manager Scooter Braun, who also manages a number of pop stars like Justin Bieber, tweeted the teardrop emoji as well, E! News points out.

The "Dangerous Woman" singer followed up that tweet with a message to her fans, saying "missed you." Not long after that Grande fired off a cryptic tweet, writing, "No tears left to cry 4.20."

She also shared the message in a series of Instagram posts. Before the latest pics, the last post on her Instagram was a snippet of new music that she posted on Dec. 31, 2017.

Though it's unclear if "No Tears Left to Cry" is an album or track title, the new music will likely be out Friday.

Grande's last album "Dangerous Woman" was released in 2016.
