PopUps: Shawn Mendes Announces New Album, Release Date
Shawn Mendes has finally revealed details about his forthcoming album.
Taking to social media Wednesday night, the Canadian pop star revealed his new album called "Shawn Mendes: The Album," will drop May 25, Billboard reports. Mendes also shared the artwork for the LP along with its track listing.
"Shawn Mendes" will have 14 songs, including his two singles "In My Blood" and "Lost in Japan." His latest effort is his third album, following his 2016 album "Illuminate."
Along with the new album announcement, Mendes also shared the music video for "In My Blood."
Billboard notes that after the singer announced his new album, the hashtag #ShawnMendesTheAlbum was trending on Twitter into the early hours of Thursday morning.
