'Matrix 4' Star Teases Film Will 'Change the Industry'
According to Jessica Henwick, one of the stars of "The Matrix 4," the highly anticipated film will once again innovate and re-define the art of filmmaking, Digital Spy reports.
In a conversation with Comicbook.com, Henwick elaborates that Lana Wachowski, one of the masterminds behind "The Matrix" franchise, "is doing some really interesting things on a technical level in the same way that you know, she created a style back then. I thinks she's going to change the industry again with this film. There's some camera rigs that I've never seen before that we're using. That's probably all I can say for that."
Henwick's comments follow teasers by co-stars Keanu Reeves and Neil Patrick Harris, the latter of which also commented on the evolution of Wachowski's style for the current film: "I think [Lana] has a great inclusive energy and her style has shifted visually from what she had done to what she is currently doing."
While details on the film have been admirably kept under wraps, these bite-size nuggets will have to sate fans for the time being. Maybe we'll know more before the film opens on December 22, 2021.
