Saturday May 28, 2016

Las Vegas will bring a taste of excitement and adult freedom to this year's LA PRIDE Music Festival and Parade during a larger-than-life experience, June 10-12. Attendees will fully immerse themselves in the destination by visiting the two-story Las Vegas lounge, featuring exciting virtual reality experiences, refreshing libations and only-in-Vegas entertainment located within the festival footprint.

"With Los Angeles serving as one of the largest visitor markets for Las Vegas, we are excited to bring a uniquely Vegas experience to LA PRIDE," said Cathy Tull, senior vice president of marketing for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). "As one of the most popular travel destinations among the LGBT community, we look forward to seeing festival goers experience the newest and most exciting Las Vegas events and offerings through virtual reality."

Las Vegas' stylish soiree will feature hand-crafted cocktails from award-winning chef Julian Serrano's restaurant, Lago, located inside Bellagio Resort & Casino; various on-site activities, including a silent disco, unique Vegas photo opportunities and exclusive giveaways; as well as Vegas VR, the destination's cutting-edge virtual reality app. Vegas VR brings the excitement to life by directly connecting users with a series of virtually fabulous, interactive videos that allow future visitors to experience a multitude of nightlife, culinary, hotel and entertainment attractions in Las Vegas.

Recognized as one of the premier LGBT travel destinations, Las Vegas offers a wide variety of LGBT-driven entertainment, dining, nightlife and special events throughout the year.
