This weekend is all about Pride! It's the 32nd anniversary of Pridefest at the very popular Holiday Park/War Memorial Auditorium. Pridefest 2009 is a celebration and tribute to the LGBT community and its unique culture. There will be non-stop entertainment both days, with an outdoor stage highlighted by national recording artist Lori Michaels & The Girls, Shelina, Howard Tonkin, Nelson Polanco and many more surprises!

Fun Times at Funplex

Edison Farrow is now bringing his unique brand of fun to Friday nights. Doors open at 330 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach at 10pm. There will be free vodka drinks from 10-11pm and a drag show kicks off at 11pm. This fun duplex lounge has three bars and several rooms in which to mingle. Saturday and Sunday

PrideFest 2009

Fort Lauderdale's PrideFest 2009 is set to be as big and grand as ever before. There will be more than 300 vendors, music, food, Games and Florida's largest Aids Quilt display. The theme for this year's event is taking place on March 21st and 22nd from 12 pm -7pm at the usual venue, Holiday Park. The theme for this year's event is Destination Pride. New Film Remembers Pedro Zamora

"Pedro" celebrates the extraordinary life of Pedro Zamora, who came to fame on MTV's The Real World:San Francisco more than 15 years ago. The young HIV positive man gave a public face to a private struggle. By doing so, he educated an entire MTV generation about the realities of HIV and how to prevent the disease. Zamora's friends and family will attend the screening. It begins at 7pm at Miami's Colony Theater.

Trannie Palace

It's a special night of Pride during Trannie Palace at Bill's Filling Station in Wilton Manors. It's a drag and then some. Misty Eyez, Diamond Dunhill, Noel Leon and many special guests put on a fabulous show that begins at 10pm.
