Miss Florida F.I. Legends Event @ Mister Sisters :: October 9, 2011
Despite pouring rain and strong winds, the gay community showed up in droves for the Miss Florida F.I. Legends Event hosted by The Minxx and Alicia Masrkstone. Former Miss Florida F.I. Legends including, Esme Russell, Bobbi Lake, Heather Fontaine, Dana Douglas, Tiffany Arieagus, and Tasha Long were there to help make this a great event.
Miss Pride Orlando 2011 @ The Abbey :: October 5, 2011
The Abbey was host for the 2011 Miss Pride Orlando. All seven contestants did a beautiful job, with last year’s winner Alana T. Michaels presenting the crown to this year’s winner Kiana Sante. Judges included Bob Taylor, Rachel Summer, Axel Infiniti, and Delores Van Cartier [Miss Florida USA at Large]

Come Out With Pride @ The Abbey :: October 6, 2011
’Out is the new in’ was the theme for the opening ceremonies, ribbon cutting and fashion show at the Abbey. The beautiful fashion show was a collaboration between Macy’s and IADT [Int’l Academy of Design and Technology]. Judges included the LOGO Channel’s Jonathan D. Lovitz and Miss Pride Orlando 2011, Kiana Sante. Guests enjoyed a private VIP seating section and a private VIP cocktail reception along with a silent auction.
Hudson Pride Festival 2011 In Jersey City :: October 9, 2011
The annual Hudson Pride LGBT festival started eleven years ago in downtown Jersey City. This year the theme was "Do Ask Do TEll!" This event, rescheduled from August because of Hurricane Irene, attracted hundreds of cheering spectators who came to enjoy the great performances,to be proud of who they are, and to support the repeal of the U.S. policy on homosexual, bisexual and transgender people serving in the military.

Richmond VA PrideFest 2011 :: September 24, 2011
Hundreds of gays and their family members and allies, gathered in Virginia’s capital city of Richmond for PrideFest 2011. Among the featured entertainers were Washington DC based singer Tom Goss and internationally celebrated singer Martha Wash of "It’s Raining Men" fame. EDGE was there to enjoy some southern LGBT hospitality and capture photos of the festivities.

Worcester pride was held under beautiful fall weather Saturday. Special Guest Pandora Box from "RuPaul’s Drag Race" was there. Local drag queens along with bands and other performers made for a festive day. EDGE stopped by to check things out.

Always the most anticipated event of Dallas Gay Pride, the 28th Annual Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade kicked off on Sunday with all the glitter and glamor to entertain an audience of over 15,000. This year’s theme is "It Only Gets Better" and was one of the best parades in years.
