Leave It To Levi

18-year-old Luke, the adopted son of a single mother in a small town in Ohio, used to make videos of pleasuring himself, which he then sent to Jake Jaxson, the head of the gay twink porn site Cocky Boys. Exactly one year later, Luke was in New York City, renamed as Levi Karter, signed up to Jaxson and about to embark on a career as an award-winning porn actor.

That's where this documentary should have ended, but Jaxson encouraged Karter to continue making his scrappy short videos, which - with all the shaky hand-held camerawork — looked much more like the work of amateur than a well-conceived style. There Is no denying that the 5'4" Karter is a good-looking, well-endowed man, but he is also self-centered and self-indulgent when off the set. And he is as about as interesting to watch as drying paint.

The documentary, directed by Jaxson, is little more than an ill-conceived promotional video for his studio. Even with all those shots of Karter prancing around naked and erect, it's as dull as ditchwater. There's no denying that the 24-year-old is cute looking, but making him the centerpiece of a film that he couldn't carry off was a total mistake

The one redeeming feature comes towards the end, where we see Karter as Sassy Frass, his drag alter ego. But you will need a great deal of patience to stick with the film that long.
