In a viral video, transgender actor Tommy Dorfman has accused Delta Air Lines employees of being transphobic, and it is sparking a severely divided conversation online.

As seen online, Dorfman accused Delta workers of committing a "human rights violation" after allegedly being misgendered. Despite the Delta employee assuring Dorfman that the misgendering was not intentional, the "13 Reasons Why" star had another take.

In the footage, Dorfman said the employee misgendered her "multiple times."

The 31-year-old, who confirmed in 2021 that she is a trans woman who uses she/her pronouns, said one of the Delta employees was named Tristan and "said he was fine with" the footage being posted online.

"And what about when a Delta employee misgenders you intentionally?" Dorfman is heard saying off camera. In the video, the Delta worker can also be heard saying, "While she's talk—while he's talking..."

Dorfman added, "You just misgendered me again."

To which the Delta employee answered: "It wasn't intentional, but if you want to take it personal, that's also OK. You're being condescending." He added, "And if you want to continue, I'll have Port Authority escort you out the building right this moment if you want to play that game with me. Would you like to continue three days before Christmas? I really don't mind."

Dorfman responded in her caption that she didn't "realize it was condescending to flag a human rights violation after another employee misgendered me incessantly."

Dorfman has since deleted the post.
