Lukas Gage Strips for Armani, Talks New Bromance
Between his marriage to hairstylist Chris Appleton and his appearance on "The White Lotus," it's been a big year for Lukas Gage. Now, the actor finds himself the new face of Giorgio Armani's newest scent, Acqua di Gio Parfum.
Originally from San Diego, Gage told InStyle that he loves the new Acqua di Gio for bringing him a piece of home while he's away. "It actually brings me back to being on a happy day on the beach," he said. "So if I'm not close to the beach, I need that scent to bring me back to that time."
Combining notes of bergamot, rosemary, and incense, Acqua di Gio is both soothing and fresh, the ingredients are sustainably sourced, and the bottle is refillable, which cuts down on waste. Not only did Armani tap Gage for the campaign, but also actors Chase Stokes, Jonathan Daviss, and Michael Evans Behling, and Gage says that one of the best parts of this new partnership with Armani is walking away in a new bromance with his fellow campaign stars.
"I talk to all three of them weekly," he said. "I just had a birthday and my friends all got these videos of people putting [out] a message about why they love me and all three of them were in the video. We've come from different places, but we all really created this beautiful friendship with each other and just are taking a little time off to enjoy the beauty of the beach together [while shooting the campaign], I think it was a really cool moment."
