Israel minister opposes Gay Pride
Israel’s interior minister and chief rabbis called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday to call off Tel Aviv’s annual gay parade to keep the "abomination" away from children’s eyes.
Straight New Yorkers, public radio, show their Pride
WNYC, Straight Women in Support of Homos and even uptown gays have already begun to show their Pride this month.
Worcester Pride Tea- Dance :: June 7, 2009
Pride Celebrations continue to happen all across the U.S., in many cities and this past weekend, EDGE stopped by Worcester, Mass, to attend its Pride Tea- Dance. This kick off Pride event was held at Castellana’s, hosted by Kitty Litter from Providence RI and featured music by DJ’s Av8, Mike Electra, Tony T, Lisa and Patrick Allen. Here are the pics!
Pridelights 2009 :: June 9, 2009
Boston Pride lights up the Boston Center for the Arts each year with thousands of pink lights - but this year, rain chased the celebration into Club Cafe. That didn’t stop the party, of course. With Verna Turbulence and Keith Orr mastering the ceremony, performances by the city’s top drag queens, the Hat Sisters on hand to throw the light switch and Mayor Tom Menino in top form as he brought the crowd to its feet with a rousing speech, the party rocked on. Queens Gay Pride :: June 7, 2009
Queens Gay Pride took place this past weekend on Sunday, June 7. This Pride celebration included the Queens Gay Parade starting on 89th Street and going all the way down to 75th Street and the Queens Pride festival which featured live performances and speeches from the local community . Shanghai kicks off China gay pride week
