Dallas Gay Pride @ Night :: September 19-21, 2008
Breaking all prior attendance records, Dallas Gay Pride weekend was truly something to truly be proud of. Erasure’s Andy Bell kicked off the festivities by entertaining the masses at S4 - but all the bars were bursting at the seams with mixed crowds celebrating Pride weekend. EDGE caught photos from Gay Bingo in the Rose Room, plus Woody’s, Mickey’s, Sue Ellen’s, Alexanders, The Round Up Saloon, J.R’s - and even the overflow in the street. Here are the pics!

Worcester Pride 2008
Worcester Pride was this past weekend with the Parade and Block Party on Saturday. The fun continued into the night at the clubs. EDGE was there... here are the pics!
We’re Everywhere
Chicago is well known for its two vibrant LGBTQ neighborhoods, Boystown and Andersonville, but increasingly LGBTQ people are letting it be known that they live in, and are constructive players in, all parts of the city. And these days flying the rainbow flag doesn’t stop at the big bad city’s borders. Fairly quietly, LGBTQ organizations have sprouted in suburbs all around the city.

The colorful parade wended its way through Shockholm, originating in Humleg?rden and concluding at Tantolunden on S?dermalm. Along the way, we took photographs of the street party - check them out!

The organizers of Stockholm EuroPride 2008 have announced the official anthem and theme song :: "The Bells of Freedom" by BWO. The video- based on a made-up competition called "Queen Idol"- shows the group as judges, less than thrilled with the wannabe versions of Elvis, Marilyn, Kiss, ABBA, and more.
